The program created a clear awakening that we all are experiencing stress these days, but unfortunately not address the real cause of it, because we are trying to solve it in the outside world (by controlling people & situations) which is impossible. Spirituality introduces us to our power of positive thoughts & blessings, by practicing our own spiritual qualities in our day-to-day routine we can win over stress easily.
