    Service Report – 2 Days Workshop on the theme "Awakening Inner Resilience" (14th -15th September 2024)<br/><br/><br/>The IT Wing of Brahma Kumaris organized a 2 days workshop on the theme "Awakening Inner Resilience" on 14th-15th September 2024 at Brahma Kumaris,Patia, Bhubaneswar. The workshop was attended by around 100 participants out of which about 50 participants were from IT professions and rest from different working spheres. The program was aimed for empowering IT professional/ working professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to cultivate inner resilience, effectively manage stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.<br/><br/>The workshop featured insightful sessions led by the experienced faculties:<br/><br/>- BK Leena, Director, Brahma Kumaris Bhubaneswar Sub-zone<br/><br/>- BK Padma, Senior Faculty, Brahma Kumaris<br/><br/>- BK Monica, Corporate Coach and Director, Interactive Bees<br/><br/>- BK Ritu, Spiritual Author Happiness Coach<br/><br/><br/><br/>Day 1:<br/><br/>The program began by welcoming all dignitaries and participants by BK Gulab ,Center In Charge,Brahma Kumaris, Patia. All the Faculties and the Chief Guest -Mr Mohar Mishra , Co-founder & CTO of Inovaare Corp, Bhubaneswar of the program were greeted with Tilak and facilitated with Uttariya. To mark the beginning of the workshop on an auspicious note, lighting of lamp was carried out in remembrance of the Supreme Father Shiv Baba. A small cultural program of welcome dance by Kumari Ananya was also arranged following the lighting of the lamp.<br/><br/>The participants were also welcomed by BK Leena Didi , followed by a brief introduction of Brahma Kumaris.<br/><br/>Total of four sessions were conducted on the first day on topics –‘Staying Calm in Chaos’, ‘My Personal World & Programming my mind’, ‘Work Life Balance’ and Digital Wellness. The topics were designed to seamlessly impart Atma & Paramatma introduction . The participants have had the opportunity to visit the newly inaugurated spiritual museum in the center premises, during lunch break/end of the class. Day 1 ended with Q&A – where participants were advised to ask any questions to the speakers, moderated by BK Smita.<br/><br/>Day 2:<br/><br/>The second day of the program started with meditation and a recap of the previous day`s events. It was packed with 3 lecture sessions, 1 creative reflection and activity session and 1 yoga session followed by a review session of participants. The topics of the lecture sessions were-Self-Empowerment(God’s realization and 8 Power), Easy Meditation for Busy People, and Best Medication is Meditation. For the activity sessions, the participants were formed into 8 groups and asked to summarize their learnings in a pictorial representation along with their next course of action in their personal lives. At the end of the day, each group presented their creation and understanding in front of the faculties and other members.<br/><br/>The program ended with a vote of thanks by BK Gulab, Center in Charge, Patia, Bhubaneswar.<br/><br/>Participants were presented with gifts, toli, and blessing cards by BK Padma, BK Monika and BK Ritu.<br/><br/>The peaceful vibration and ambience captivated the participants. They were blissfully immersed with what they experienced and understood from the sessions. Some of the participants were prolonging their stay in the powerful vibration of the classroom even after the program ended. They all were invited for a 7-day course of Rajyoga Meditation.<br/><br/>The program was hosted by BK Swapna and BK Smita.
