BK Ganga Behn, BK Bhairav Bhai and Bk Anamika Mata spoke on the topic Self Management & Suicide Prevention. BK Ganga in her speech told that how we have to become tension free through Rajyoga meditation & the need of Rajyoga in the present mental crisis situation where suicide tendency is gradually increasing. Nearly 60 CISF officers and commanders attend the program.
