  • Program Brief
    A spiritual program on “Enhancing Inner Power to Overcome Stress” was organized by National Building Construction Corporation and Brahma Kumaris, Sector 92, Noida at Gaur Sarovar Portico – Gaur City, Greater Noida on 17th December, 2022. The program commenced at sharp 11:00 am with an introductory video sharing glimpses of how Brahma Kumaris officially known as “Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya<br/>Vishwa Vidyalaya” was formed to positively impact all sections of the society and help in transforming various lives. The event witnessed a gathering of around 200 senior Engineers from NBCC. Rajyogini BK Asha Didi, Director of Om Shanti Retreat Centre, who is also a proficient orator was invited as the Guest Speaker for the program. <br/>Mr Gaurav Gulati, Executive Director, Finance, NBCC this event with their auspicious presence. With God’s remembrance, diya lightening ceremony by our esteemed guests created a pure and peaceful aura and marked the beginning of the spiritual session. <br/>Presiding over the function, Rajyogini BK Asha Didi said that mind is our best friend and enemy as well. Taking charge of our mind and emerging the power to control our thoughts can tremendously bring a positive change in our ways of dealing with situations and problems, be it at work front or at personal level. She added that stress is nothing but a trigger for our mind to bring in some necessary changes in our lifestyle. BK Asha Didi emphasized that powerful, peaceful and fearless thoughts are the right food for a healthy mind and beginning every day on this note can create a healthy, optimistic work culture and strengthen relationships. Didi guided everyone to be your own Counsellor, introspect yourself at every step of life and perform actions with responsibility like a true child of the Almighty God. She further added peace, love, bliss and powers lie within ourselves which we just need to emerge, bring them into practice and experience a stress free and a happy life. <br/>Three ways to handle a stressful situation “Avoid, Alter, Accept” was beautifully explained which empowered each mind present in the program. BK Asha Didi ended by saying that we can avoid creating any stress through self-awareness, by making right choices in life and using time wisely. She urged everyone to meditate daily in order to empower the mind and earn blessings for a blissful life.<br/>Honorable guests highly appreciated the knowledge received and agreed that practice and promotion of spiritual values and meditation are the effective ways to create a highly positive and supportive work environment.<br/>The program was ended by BK Vidhatri with a powerful meditation followed by Vote of Thanks delivered by NBCC HR.
