On 18 April 2022 at 11:30 AM Brahma Kumaris Jaipur Rajapark Center organized a program for the security service wing under the campaign Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav Se Swarnim Bharat Ki Aur in Reserved Police Line Jaipur. The theme of the program was "TENSION FREE LIFE". In the program BK Sneha didi (Sodala Center Incharge), Mr. Alok Singhal (Additional DSP, RPL), Mr. Narendra Dyama (DSP second RPL), Mr. Digpal Ji (RI first), Ms. Sapna Punia (RI second), Mr. Sahiram (RI third), BK Pooja Behen and BK Neelam Behen were present. BK Sneha didi told us that there are three main points related to our lives. First is pure food (Satvik Bhojan) because our behaviour, thoughts and words are affected by the food we consume. The second is an exercise which will keep us healthy and the third is spirituality we should start our day by greeting God in the morning. BK Pooja didi taught everyone meditation for tension free life and motivated everyone to meditate. All the chief guests on the stage and approximately 300 police staff attended this and learn from it. There was a dance performance on patriotism for the Nation. In the end, literature on tension-free life was distributed to staff.<br/>

There was a meditation session by BK Pooja didi on tension-free life. Everyone from the Police staff was given literature on tension-free life. The chief guests were given godly gifts and Prabhu prasad.
