Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Iswariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Local branch at Railway New Colony Rajyoga Bhawan, Visakhapatnam, organized a 1hr Talk on Anger Management through Thoughts management” to the Management and staff of Deep Bhawan at Directorate of Lighthouse and Lightships, Visakhapatnam.<br/>The talk was organized by Rajyogini BK Sasi Behenji on behalf of Shipping Aviation and Tourism (SAT) Wing, RERF, Brahma Kumaris, Visakhapatnam in association with the Director of LightHouse and Lightships, Visakhapatnam Sri Mukesh Parmar<br/>The talk was focused on how people are responding and their state of mind to the contemporary situations in the work environment and outside world. This talk was initiated by the Director Mukesh Parmar ji with a welcome note to the special guest, Sister BK Sasikala and projected the need of meditation while coping up with the situations during work by the management and the staff of their esteemed organization.<br/>Sister BK Sasi Behenji said we can cope up with any kind of situation at work or at home when we are sustained with the inner powers and values. The inner powers and divine virtues can be obtained by injecting to the self during mediation with the Supreme Power House. This has to be done daily with proper Divine knowledge and Rajyoga meditation in a very easy way at Brahma Kumaris centers all over the world.<br/>She explained, to maintain a better state of mind, thoughts management has to be done. Various types of human thoughts create various moods and emotions. She projected to focus more on positive thoughts and avoid waste and negative thoughts.<br/>She explained how anger affects relationships at work and home places. To sustain resilience, peace and stress free at work, pause and continue with mind can be done by doing a few minutes of meditation. <br/>Later on at the end of session, she took all the staff and management to an inner voyage by means of Rajyoga meditation and gave them a deep experience, a blissful state of mind, giving them confidence to cope up with any kind of negative situations.<br/>
