Today,J&K Yoga Team J&K visited Brahma Kumaris Om Shanti Meditation Center 248/A, BK Road Rehari Jammu and received blessings and inspirations from Rajyogini BK Sudarshan (I/C Brahma Kumaris Jammu ,Senior Zonal Coordinator Sports Wing Northern Zone ,RERF).Zonal Coordinator Sports Wing Northern Zone ,RERF BK Ravinder explained about Mind Power and importance of meditation in Sports.Association General Secretary Vinod Bhatia was also present with the Team.<br/> The team is going to Participate in 48th Senior National Yogasana Sports Championship scheduled to be held from 19th--23rd March 2024 at Hooghly, Howrah (West Bengal), in which about 17 Yoga Players of J&K are going to participate. Once again Yoga federation of India has given privilege to Yoga Association J&K by selecting 4 National Yoga referees for this National Championship.<br/>The Yoga team is accompanied by Mr. Mukesh Sharma, Aryaaveer Singh, Sabita Sharma.<br/>
