    An awareness program on Digital Wellness was conducted on 08.12.2024 at Brahma Kumaris Anna Nagar centre "Shiva Varadhani". Main guests were Dr.Abdul Khadir ( Ex Principal of Wakh Board College Madurai ) and Dr.Karu Murugesan ,Vice Principal of Kamaraj University Madurai. Rajayoga teacher Sister Rani gave awareness about digital detoxification and Dr.Abdul Khadir detailed about how young generation are addicted to mobile phone .Around 70 beneficiaries got benefited from the program.
