Fourth UT level Yogasan Sports Championship concluded at Om Shanti Meditation Center<br/><br/>Jammu 10/09/23: The 4th J&K UT Yogasana Sports Championship organized by Yoga Association Jammu and Kashmir concluded at Om Shanti Meditation Center on Sunday.<br/>Boys and girls from different districts of Jammu and Kashmir participated in the above championship. Yoga Association`s patron-chief Rajyogini BK Sudarshan Didi was the chief guest, while BK Ravinder Bali was the guest of honour.<br/>He presented mementos, medals and certificates to the winners in the presence of Ashwani Katoch, Dr. Ranjana Verma, Singh, Veena Chib.<br/>Earlier, Yoga Association General Secretary Vinod K Bhatia welcomed the chief guest and gave a brief overview of the activities of the Yoga Association. Appreciating the services being rendered by Brahma Kumaris, he said that just as the practice of Yoga keeps our body healthy, similarly the Yoga taught by Brahma Kumaris keeps the mind healthy, which maintains positivity in life. Championship is being conducted by Dayal Ram Mukesh Kumar including National Referees/Judges of Yoga Federation <br/>Speaking on the occasion, BK Ravinder Bali highly appreciated the efforts of Yoga Association Jammu and Kashmir and said that every person should practice both Physical and mental Yoga to keep himself physically healthy, mentally alert and spiritually pure.
