On the occasion of International yoga Day, Yoga For Humanity program was organized at 21.06.2022 Morning at the Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Aathur, Karur premises. Sister BK Parameswari explained about the benefits of meditation, how to practice the Raja yoga meditation in a simple way with the daily routine work and conducted guided Rajyoga meditation. BK Balasubramanian & BK Priyanga jointly conducted the physical exercise and yoga asanas.<br/>
