Day 1 started with the Inauguration of the Training. BK Kamlesh lightened the Lamp with Chief Guest Mr. Ashok Kumar (GM, Pawan Hans limited). 1st session of the day began after Photo session with all the HODs. BK Kamlesh took a session on ‘Change Management’. 2nd session was started after Lunch which was taken by BK Piyush. He spoke on ‘Stress Management ’.<br/><br/>Day 2 started with Recap of Day 1. BK Prashanti took a session on ‘Mind Relaxation’. Then session 2 was conducted by BK Piyush on ‘Relationship Management’. 3rd session was conducted by BK Kamlesh on ‘Meditation’. The training program ended with the spiritual books distribution & Mediation session which was loved & appreciated by all the Trainees.
