IT Wing, RERF & ORC conducted Residential bhatti for BK IT Professionals, Residential Retreat for IT Leaders & Professionals, Leadership Dialogue & Children`s Retreat.<br/><br/>1. IT Bhatti, `Karmyog se Karmateet`,1- 2 March 2024<br/><br/>This bhatti was attended by about 150 life members from about 10 states.<br/><br/>The bhatti included classes by Asha Didi, Brij Mohan bhaisahab, Panel with Aruna Ladva didi, Jasu didi, Dave bhai of Boston. There were many creative meditation sessions in which the members experienced depth of swamaan, loveleen sthiti, dehi abhimani sthiti, atmic drishti. Other activities included Letter writing to Baba, Avyakt Murli Study in groups and workshops based on murlis. BK Yashwant, HQ IT Wing Coordinator also joined the bhatti along with members of the IT Team.<br/><br/>In all, the participants who were all IT Professionals, experienced a refreshing break, understood and practiced karmyog, had in depth experiences of different stages of yog and felt empowered to make efforts to become karmateet.<br/><br/>2. IT Retreat & Children`s Retreat, `Experience, Energize & Empower`, 1- 3 March 2024<br/>This retreat was attended by about 450 participants. <br/><br/>The retreat included classes by Asha Didi, BK Brij Mohan Bhai, Ken bhai, Shivani behn, Khyati behn and Vidhatri behn. There were many creative meditation sessions conducted by Aruna Ladva behn and others, which gave the participants an opportunity to explore their inner reservoir of peace and power, which in turn will enable solution oriented thinking, stress free living, sensitivity towards the feelings of the self and others, enhancing efficiency of work and interpersonal relationships. Dialogue for IT Leaders, `Creating Possibilities for a Positive Change`, 3 March 2024<br/><br/>The dialogue of the leaders from the above mentioned organizations was conducted by BK Rama, Delhi Zone coordinator of IT Wing & BK Vidhatri, IT Wing Coordinator of ORC, and all the leaders actively took part by contributing their ideas in the dialogue.<br/><br/>BK Brij Mohan gave spiritual orientation to the participants of the dialogue. It was concluded by BK Asha, Chairperson of IT Wing and Director of ORC.
