Sis Beena was the Chief guest this year to celebrate Rakhi with the Malaysia family. She arrived in Asia Retreat Centre, ARC on the 9th of August 2023evening. She met ARC residents on the 10th of August and had an opportunity to listen to her experience of her spiritual journey. She shared many touching personal stories. On the 11th of August, 2023, she started her tour of Rakhi to Northern Region. She was enlightened by the program events throughout her stay in Johor Bahru. Prior to the event, Didi met all sevadharis (volunteers) on the evening of August 12 to share her experience of being an instrument for Baba. One of the principles that she believes in is to always say "Ha Ji" to any requests for service. Didi then shared the significance of Raksha Bandhan, followed by the tying of the Rakhi (sacred thread) for all contact souls (people who attended the event). It was a beautiful and unique experience for many to have tied a Rakhi for the first time in their lives.<br/><br/>From Johor Bharu, Didi Beena arrived Malacca on the 14th of August, 2023. In the evening, before the Raksha Bandhan celebration, she met the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, who was a special guest at the event. The deputy minister was very touched by Didi`s kind hospitality and her words of wisdom, which were filled with spiritual significance.<br/><br/>An honour to have YB Lim SKhim and YB Joshua (newly elected state minister and assembly person) to Baba’s home in Penang. Didi Beena also read murli, give short class and tied rakhi to Brahmins and BK students of Penang family. <br/><br/>Last Rakhi Celebration was held in Diamond Hall for all Brahmins in Klang Valley. Nearly 400 souls tied rakhi and renewed their pledge for purity. Didi Beena’s personality of simplicity, clarity and depth of knowledge attracted everyone. Even she was with us for 13 days, however the feeling was as if she was with us for eternity. Her lightness, sweetness and royalty was a great inspirations.
